Rental/Return, Reuse & Recycle Programs

Work with us on our circularity pilot programs to re-think how we keep conference and event badges and lanyards out of landfills.

Let us design a proposal for any of the following options:

  1. Collection boxes:
    • Order your own on-site take back boxes (example pictured) to collect badges and lanyards at the end of events
    • You recycle and/or reuse, or send back to us for the below programs
  2. Lanyard Rental/Return Program: for single event usage:
    • Purchase un-branded lanyards + collection box(es) + our pre-paid, mail-back boxes to ship back to us
    • We’ll give you partial credit back for each lanyard we are able to wash and reuse for future events
    • We sort out and recycle any damaged units
  3. Lanyard Reuse Program: for your own lanyards you’ll use repeatedly:
    • We will sanitize and return to you for your next event

  • At-event Collection Boxes, tabletop or floor standing: from $56.00 – $71.00
  • Return-to-Earthlight Pre-Paid, Mail Back Boxes: TBC upon request, includes mailing box with pre-paid return shipping label, sized and priced by quantity/box based on your event size
  • Rental/Return Credit Per Lanyard: get 30-50% of the up-front lanyard cost back depending on your event size and final take-back rate… as we pilot this, let us work with you on options that fit your budget!
